Ring Groups
A group of extensions that can all be rung simultaneously on an inbound call. The first person to pick up answers the call.
Call Queues
No more missed calls. If no one is available to take a call, it can be placed into a queue and then sent to the first available person.
Call Forwarding
Have calls to your extension automatically forwarded to another extension or outside number. Great if you leave your desk for a period of time, but don’t want to miss any calls.
Call Transfer
Transfer calls from one extension to another or transfer to an outside number such as a mobile.
Virtual Receptionist
One of the most desirable features in any business phone system. Enabling incoming calls to be handled quickly and efficiently, the IVR will play a message to your callers. Once they have chosen from one of the options their call will automatically be routed the correct department.
Call Conferencing
Multiple calls can dial into your virtual conference room and talk to one another. Great for long distance meetings and helping you be efficient as possible.
Time Based Call Routing
We can schedule inbound calls to be dealt with differently depending on the time of day. Ideal for playing a message to out of hours callers and then sending them to voicemail.
Call Logging / Reporting
Access your call records at any time using your online portal. You can add call recording to your plan to be able to play back conversations.
Voice Mail
Each extension can have a voice mail facility with customised greeting message.
Voice Mail to Email
Voicemails can be sent to an email address. So you can be alerted to a new message when you are not at work. The message can be played directly from your email.
